Schiavo case is the poor woman in vegetative state her husband carries out his wifes wishes and her family wants to impose their will on her disposition. Congress does unprecedented bill then law in like 24 hours for this situation- but the incredible budget deficit, the insane record trade deficit- the highest gas prices in history nothing can be done about this. Our lawmakers are trying to distract us from real issues with this emotional stuff while they do nothing on the national interest besides cutting rich peoples taxes and helping out the drug industry and the creditcard industry and soon they hope to reward the Wall Street crowd by throwing trillions down the toilet with this private account stuff on the social security front. no one is being fooled this time though.
The federal judge ruled on the Schiavo case just a few minutes ago- no reinsertion of the feeding tube. Justice and the other 15 years of the court case from municipal to the US supreme court were upheld by the federal judge- Judges aren't stupid- the quickly rushed thru law was unconstitutional and you know judges follow precedent as much as possible- what federal judge is going to heaqr a case the US Supreme court turned away in favor of a lower court ruling? Only a foolish judge- case dismissed. In your face Mr. President and phony lazy Congress.
